[About delivery]

Items are normally shipped within 2 to 3 working days following your payment.


・ If the registration information or order details are incorrect, shipping may be suspended.
・ Delivery to Okinawa and some remote islands will take several days to arrive.
Please be aware of this before ordering.
If we received a lot of orders, delivery may take longer.Thank you for your understanding.



[Shipping fee and delivery method]

Shipping fee is 200 yen (tax included).
It is the same all over the country.
* Products will be shipped by Nekoposu. Please check the following before using.
・Packages will be shipped by Nekoposu, so it may be damaged or stolen during or after delivery. If it happened, and the shipping status is complete, we will not be responsible for it.
・ Since Nekoposu is basically delivery method, it don't accept delivery date designation and time designation.
・ Due to the number of items you purchased, you may not be able to use Nekoposu. If it does not fit in the cardboard of the specified size of Nekoposu, it will be shipped by courier (Yamato Transport).

[About Cancellation]

Before the end of the day when an order is placed (~23: 59), please include "order number" and contact us by Contact Form.

If the order has already entered the delivery process, it may not be possible to cancel, so please be sure to contact us on the day when an order is placed.


[About changing / combine shipping]

We do not accept changes orders and combine shipping after an  order was placed, so please cancel the order and place your order again.


[About delivery slip]

From the viewpoint of protecting customer's personal information and environmental protection, we have decided to abolish the inclusion of the delivery slip on Saturday, July 18, 2020.
Therefore, we will send you an "Confirmation of order details" and  "Information on shipping" email from our shop.
Also you can check the details of your order in "My Account Order History".

[Important announcement about inventory]

We operate multiple stores, and some of the products share same  stock. Therefore, we may not be able to deliver the product due to out of stock.
In that case, we will contact you by e-mail, but please be aware of this before ordering.


[About defects and misdelivery]

If there is a defective product or misdelivery due to our  inadequacy, please contact us the "order number", "product name", "product number", "quantity", and "condition" by Contact Form within 7 days after you received your items. The person in charge will get back to you as soon as possible.
* We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.


[About reserved products]

Reserved items will be shipped after they arrive, so it will take some time before shipping.
If you purchase "in-stock items" and "reserved items" at the same time. It will be shipped after the reserved item arrived.
The shipping date of the reserved item is a guide and is subject to change. Also, depending on the situation, it may not be possible to restock. Thank you for your understanding.

* Due to system, the "Buy Now" button may be displayed for a moment when loading the product page. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please take a moment to complete the procedure after the "Pre-order" button is displayed.
* Due to production, we may cancel your pre-order due to a change in the estimated shipping date, or a reduction or cancellation of production.

Orders can be placed using the forwarding service, but the returns and exchanges is limited to Japan only.
